Yes—we offer worldwide shipping! If you're not sure whether your location is covered, you're always welcome to contact us at info@marmaladediy.com. We’ll be happy to double-check for you.

🕐 Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and your country’s customs process. Below are general delivery estimates once your order has been shipped:

  • United States: approx. 7–12 business days

  • Other international destinations: usually 7–21 business days

Please keep in mind: these timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, local postal delays, or high-volume seasons may extend delivery beyond the expected window.

📍 Tracking & Lost Packages

All orders come with tracking whenever possible. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your package appears lost, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

MarmaladeDIY is not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order.

📦 Combined Shipping & Add-ons

If you'd like to combine multiple orders or add to an existing order before it's shipped, send us an email right away. We'll do our best to accommodate as long as your order hasn’t already been packed.

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We also occasionally offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping promos, so keep an eye out!
