Refunds & Returns at MarmaladeDIY
At MarmaladeDIY, every order is packed with care—but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Our return approach is designed to be fair, clear, and respectful of both our customers and our small business operations.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. We ask that items be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. If an item arrives damaged during shipping, it should be returned in the condition received. To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email with their name, address, order number, and the item(s) they’d like to send back. Please note: returns can only be processed through email. Our chat and phone support cannot assist with return requests, as those channels do not have access to sensitive order information due to internal privacy guidelines.
Once a return request is received, we’ll respond with the next steps. Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed and store credit to be issued. During high-volume periods, additional time may be required. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been finalized.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method or adding insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
Clearance items—including sale, discounted, and bundled products—are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We also do not facilitate direct exchanges at this time. However, if an item is returned and approved, store credit will be provided, which can then be used to place a new order.
If you receive an order with any damaged or incorrect items, please email us promptly with a photo of your full order, the item(s) in question, and a brief description of the issue. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
